INDICATIONS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Before: eat 1 ENERGY bar about 60-90 minutes before the beginning of sports activities, with about 1 glass of water.
During:

- Long races: consume 1 ENERGY bar at regular intervals of about 1,5-2 hrs in the fist part of the competition or training with some water or Performance Sete
- Medium-length races: consume 1 ENERGY bar at about half of the training or competition, with some water or Performance Sete.
