Right of Withdrawal

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gambacicli acknowledges the right of withdrawal as provided by the applicable local legislation. The deadline to exercise this right is 14 days from the receipt of the goods. Within this timeframe, the customer must send a communication via email to [email protected].

To proceed with the return of a product, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use, washing, or assembly, and must be accompanied by its original box and/or bag, label, instructions, and any other items included at the time of purchase. It should be in the same condition as a newly purchased item. The same applies to bicycles, which can only be returned physically if they have not been used.
• Consumable food products or personalized custom-made items are not eligible for return.
• The returned goods should be appropriately packaged to ensure safe transportation.

Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in the expiration of the right of withdrawal. The sender assumes all responsibility for the return of the product to our headquarters, including any damages, delivery failures, or delays. Within 14 days of receiving the goods and verifying their condition, Gambacicli will reimburse the customer the exact amount paid for the ordered product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. The only costs the customer will incur in exercising the right of withdrawal are the shipping and return expenses to our headquarters.

If you have not received any communication from us within 10 working days after returning an item, we recommend contacting our customer service team. If you wish to exchange a product for another, you must request a full refund and place a new order for the desired product.

WRONG SHIPMENT

If an item has been mistakenly sent, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, and we will provide you with the best solution.

EXTRA-EU COUNTRIES

If a product is being returned from a non-EU country, import taxes will be applicable, which Gambacicli (the recipient) will have to pay. Detailed instructions on the return process will be provided to optimize the cost of these taxes. Please note that any import taxes paid will be deducted from the refund amount.
