The procedure is simple:

• Add the products to your shopping cart and go to the check-out page
• Under "Shipping Method" select "Delivery at the Webstore" and enter the name of who will collect the goods
• Wait for a confirmation email "ready for withdrawal" that confirms the availability of the products. if you do not receive confirmation, your order may not be ready!
