ARMOR TECH
The Armor Tech construction combines a layer of high density Nylon that goes from heel to heel with a further textile layer and particles of aramid fibers dispersed in the tread compound, giving life to a rubber with a level of protection never before achieved. Ideal for dealing with any road condition;

USES
Measures ranging from 26-622 up to 35-622 make it a rubber, from Granfondo to long adventures, all in a tubeless configuration with an inner tube.

TREAD AND MIXES
Thanks to the innovative SmartNET ™ Silica compound and the ICS and FGD technologies, Cinturato guarantees an unprecedented cycling experience. The nano particles with an elongated shape generate a stable network inside the compound, thus increasing the natural chemical affinity with the silica water. In this way the typical compromise of traditional compounds is overcome, while maintaining excellent performance in rolling resistance, durability and resistance to punctures.

BREAKER
An aramid fiber belt placed under the tread to protect the structure from elements capable of generating a puncture. Aramid is a fiber with high resistance to cutting and abrasion: its lightness and flexibility ensure low rolling resistance and a high overall performance of the tire.

BEAD TO BEAD
A high density Nylon belt, extended from one heel to the other over the entire carcass width and especially below the tread band and the puncture protection layer: protects from cuts in all parts of the tire and provides support in the driving at low inflation pressures. Nylon is a fiber with high shear and abrasion resistance and a high tensile strength. Its lightness and its high density also contribute to making the cover impermeable to air when used in combination with a sealing liquid, in a tubeless-ready configuration.

TALLONE PROFILE TLR
A specific heel profile design made to maximize compatibility and grip on tubeless-ready rims, in addition to a specific material and construction that allow easy mounting with an inner tube, without compromising the seal and safety when used in a tubeless configuration with sealing liquid.

CONSTRUCTION
Installed on a body of 127tpi, the tread is developed with the Pirelli Functional Groove Design and Ideal Contour Shaping technologies: the fabric casing is designed to guarantee an optimal footprint, while the different curvature radius between the tread and the sides guarantees a controlled deformation of the tire at different speeds and bending angles.

FUNCTIONAL GROOVE DESIGN
Functional Groove Design derives from Pirelli's experience in Motorsport and ensures comfort and expulsion of water from the surface in contact with the ground. The very narrow corners of the central impression band provide a regular support, while the wider ones on the side bands increase the feeling of safety and the response of the tire in the fold.
The "lightning" texture reduces the noise and increases the lateral expulsion of the water, for a comfortable and safe experience. Finally, the increasing depth of the design ensures high durability and immediate tire response.

IDEAL CONTOUR SHAPING
Finite element analysis used during development to predict performance and to optimize construction parameters. The tire has different spokes and designs of the carcass on the side and on the tread to get an impression on the perfect asphalt.

SmartNET Silica
Pirelli SmartNET technology from Pirelli provides low rolling resistance thanks to its natural anisotropic orientation, which reduces heat by increasing elasticity to minimize energy dissipation.
A surprising wet grip. The elongated shape of the silica ensures a greater bonding surface with the water molecules, increasing its natural chemical affinity and thus ensuring safe driving in the wet.
Resistance to punctures and extended duration. The Silica SmartNET ™ compound is composed of elongated particles that are organized in an orderly manner inside the compound itself, creating a strong structure and a strong and durable tire.

Gambacli ships all over the world, you can add your products to the cart and get an estimate of the shipping costs.
