CASH ON DELIVEY (Italy Only)
By choosing this option, payment is made to the courier upon delivery of the purchased product: an additional 2% of the total amount with a minimum of 5€ is added to the product and shipping cost as a contribution for the cash on delivery payment due to the courier. The payment must be made only with banknotes or coins directly to the courier. Only exact amounts corresponding to the order total are accepted: no change will be given.
- Bank checks or cashier's checks will not be accepted.
- The maximum amount payable upon delivery is 999€, the minimum amount is 50€. Orders over 999€ or under 50€ must be paid in advance.
Webstore will perform all necessary checks to prevent any possibility of error, fraudulent use, and unauthorized use of this payment method.
In the case of a first purchase, the customer will receive a Payment Verification email or a phone call within 24 hours of order confirmation to verify the data entered. If contact is not made, the order will be automatically canceled within the next 48 hours. Gambacicli reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request advance payment for a first purchase or for items with a commercial value exceeding 500€.
If anomalies or discrepancies are found, the order will be canceled, and in case of fraud, a formal complaint will be filed with the relevant authorities. Gambacicli Webstore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept orders from customers who are in dispute or have previously rejected a shipment sent with payment on delivery.
Credit / Debit Card
We accept the following credit or debit cards (including prepaid and rechargeable) and debit cards: AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, V-PAY, PostePay.
No additional fee will be charged for payment by credit/debit card. The charge is immediate and occurs at the time of order submission.
Webstore reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer, such as a landline phone number or the submission of documents proving the ownership of the Card used. If the requested documentation is not provided, Webstore reserves the right to refuse the order.
We always guarantee the highest transparency and compliance with the highest security standards in online transactions. Your card data is managed by PayPlug, a company of the French Natixis group. All information sent is encrypted using the SSL protocol and goes directly and exclusively to the card-issuing bank. The security systems are the most advanced currently available: Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, to protect you from online fraud. At the first use on the web, these systems will ask you to set a personal password.
Webstore will never have access to credit card data and can never charge an amount higher than the order placed by the customer. The only possible operation on the transacted amount is a total or partial refund that we perform upon a simple request for order cancellation or modification.
Frequent problems
- The card has not been enabled for online purchases; therefore, you need to contact the issuing institution to activate this feature or it is not enabled for 3D secure (see the paragraph below)
- The card does not belong to one of the circuits supported by our partner bank's payment system. In this case, we recommend proceeding with a credit/debit card from another circuit or selecting another payment method.
Please note that we have no control over the acceptance process of credit cards as it is entirely managed by the banking institution. Therefore, for any problem related to payment on the site made by credit card (e.g., card declined for payment, unsupported circuit, etc.), you can contact the issuing bank of the card.
Credit card payment and 3D secure
Since April 2021, new requirements have been in place to increase the security of online payments.
For payment of orders by credit or debit card, the 3D Secure authentication process is required: you will be asked to confirm the payment through the specific procedure chosen by your bank. You may need to enter the OTP (One-Time Password) security code sent by your bank via SMS or the bank's app, or use fingerprint or facial recognition.
To activate the 3D Secure authentication procedure and understand the specific process, contact your bank directly. If you have not already done so, activate 3D Secure before your next order on Everli to make your online payments simpler and more secure. If you have already activated your card for 3D Secure or have used this feature for your purchases on other platforms, no further activation is necessary.
If you have already activated your card for 3D Secure and have difficulty paying, it is likely that your bank has changed the activation process to offer you a better payment experience or may have introduced a specific app for 3D Secure. We invite you to contact your bank for further information.
Credit Card via PayPal
PayPal is an online payment system that requires a credit card among the following: Visa / MasterCard / prepaid PayPal / Postepay / Discover / Amex. The customer does not necessarily need to have or open a PayPal account but can make the payment without the obligation of any subscription to an account.
Paypal
By choosing PayPal, after clicking "submit order", you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you can enter your PayPal account email and password if you have an account or you can directly enter your credit card details and make the payment. For each transaction made with this method, a confirmation email is sent by PayPal. The order amount is charged at the time of order acquisition on the PayPal account or the credit card limit. In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the customer's PayPal account or the card itself. PayPal payment is not available for orders with warehouse pickup.
Pay in installments / pay later with Klarna (ITALY ONLY)
Klarna is a service that allows you to pay for your order in three monthly installments without interest, pay for your order after 30 days, or pay immediately with a credit or debit card. To use this service, select the Klarna payment method on the order confirmation page. You will be redirected to Klarna's website to create an account (or log in if already registered) and complete the purchase.

Pay in installments with Scalapay

Bank Transfer
By choosing this payment method, once the order is placed, it is necessary to follow this procedure:
- The bank transfer must be made within 5 working days from the date of the order (failing which the order will be canceled)
- The reason for the bank transfer must include: the order number and date, the name, and surname of the ordering person

The banking practice is that the transfer made is credited to the beneficiary's (Webstore) current account not earlier than 1/2 working days after its execution.
The products are handed over to the courier the working day following the acceptance of the order, which coincides with the receipt of the transferred amount: therefore, the normal delivery times must be added to the banking times mentioned. If you are in a hurry, this is not the ideal payment method, but it is advisable to opt for a credit card.
