FEATURES

- Enervit Sport R2 Recovery Drink is an energy product based on carbohydrates, branched chain amino acids, L-glutamine and vitamins, to be used after intense and prolonged muscular effort as part of sports activity. * Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after intense and / or prolonged exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. The beneficial effect is obtained through the consumption of carbohydrates from all sources equal to a total of 4 g per kg of body weight, with an intake in doses to be started within the first 4 hours following intense and / or prolonged physical exercise that involves muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen reserves in the skeletal muscles and to be concluded in any case within 6 hours following this exercise.

METHOD OF USE

Prepare a portion by dissolving the content of 50 g of product (1 sachet) in 350 ml of water. Take one serving immediately after intense and prolonged sporting activity. Shake in a flask.

WARNINGS
The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended intake amounts. Do not use in pregnancy and in children, or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor.
