Right of deletion of personal data

Webstore Simone Gamba, pursuant to art. 13 D. Lgs. 30.6.2003 n. 196, provides the following information:

a) personal data are required for the following purposes:

the service you have chosen in this section;

promotions, market research, economic analysis / statistics, programs to prizes, surveys of the degree of customer satisfaction. They can also be used for marketing or commercial information to reward or encourage customers due to any purchases by sending posters advertising and promotional paper documents, email, SMS, MMS.

erasure, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;

the updating of data, their correction or, if interested, their integration;

certification that the operations referred to in the previous points 2 and 3, have been brought to the knowledge of those to whom have been disclosed, unless it proves impossible or involves a disproportionate use of resources.

The customer has the right to oppose for legitimate reasons the processing of data.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 24, paragraph 1, letter b), for the purposes of point a1) consent is not necessary.

Credit Cards and Prepaid, PayPal
