WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Gambacli ships all over the world, you can add your products to the cart and get an estimate of the shipping costs. All shipping services have a tracking number which is emailed to the customer once the order has been shipped so that they can track the process (please note that for some services the tracking number will only be available after 24 hours).

COURIER AND DELIVERY TIMES

Gambacicli uses different couriers depending on the package size.

EUROPE

  • For non-bulky packages: Standard UPS (2-5 days)
  • For bulky packages: DPD (4-5 days)

EXTRA EUROPE

  • For non-bulky packages: UPS Saver (2 days USA and 3-4 days Asia / rest of the world)
  • For bulky packages (wheels, maintenance stands, rollers, bicycles...): usually EMS (10/15 days)

EVASION TIME

The shipment of orders in which the cart provides confirmation of availability of all items is guaranteed within 48h (excluding holidays). In 95% of cases, the fulfillment of the order takes place the working day following receipt.

DELIVERY

It is necessary to specify an address where someone is always available (also working place, name of a neighbor...) and a telephone number. In case of non-delivery, the courier can contact you or leave a delivery note with the instructions to follow.
Upon receipt of the package, check that the number of packages delivered by the courier is the one indicated by the courier itself, that the packaging is in good conditions and the Gambacicli tape not removed or rigged. If you notice damage to the packaging or other adhesive tapes than ours, you must accept the package as "RESERVE" (signing the package as damaged good) this making it present to the courier and our customer service. If the package is not signed with a copy of a receipt clearly stating that the package and/or the items are damaged, it will be impossible for us to make a claim to the courier for a possible refund or replacement of damaged or missing goods.

Notes

  • Delivery delays or problems: If you have any problems we recommend that you contact the customer service center of the courier in charge of the delivery, bearing in mind that our customer service will do its best to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Delivery to others: Sometimes shipments can be collected by a family member or neighbor, so please check this possibility before notifying us of a non-delivered order.
  • Workshop: Before delivering the purchased products to your mechanic or third parties for assembly, check the accuracy and integrity.

If the customer decides not to receive the shipment (refusing it) without authorization and returns to Gambacicli, the customer will bear the costs of both receiving and shipping the package. In the presence of customs duties and related charges for the return, the customer will be responsible for the costs. If the package is not returned or held by the customs (due to non-payment of any charges or duties and VAT), the order will be considered as lost.

CUSTOMES DUTIES (non-EU)

Within the European Union (EU), there are no customs duties to pay and goods include VAT for EU members (except in the case of VAT-free invoices issued for companies with a VAT number).

Pay attention: in the English language version of the website the prices are displayed net of VAT which will be added or not at checkout depending on the EU or non-EU destination.
For non-EU countries (and other places such as the Canary Islands) the goods are VAT excluded and may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the country of destination. It is not possible to provide a different estimate for the Customs Duties required, these must be fully covered and paid by the customer. For more information, please contact the customs offices in your country. It may happen that the customs interrupts the shipment for a control (for example due to the lack of the recipient's requirements) and, in some countries, requires the appointment of intermediaries or brokers, additional costs are charged on behalf of the customer. Gambacicli provides all the necessary documentation for customs clearance and, if required, any additional documents will be sent by our customer service.

Gambacicli has no control over these procedures and cannot make an estimated amount for customs or import duties and tax charges. Under no circumstances Gambacicli will reimburse these expenses. In the event that customs clearance is unsuccessful, customs will retain the products or return the shipment with additional return shipping costs in addition to customs fees, these duties will be deducted by the customer.

RESTRICTIONS ON SPECIFIC PRODUCTS

For commercial or transportation reasons, some products may not be transported to certain countries. Some manufacturers may restrict sales in certain geographic areas or goods with peculiar characteristics that may not be accepted by the courier service, such as over-volume products, items under pressure (not airborne), and batteries.
